Mexico Mission Trip Dec 2024
The Mexico Mission Trip was a huge success. The team had a great time helping Harvest Evangelical Association by packing 20,000 backpacks, giving them to the kids, helping with block parties, preaching the gospel, and much more. Throughout this trip the team grew closer to one another and grew excited about future missions in the life of Grace Place! The Team that went on the trip included Aaron and Merci Hale, Gary Cain, Brian and Peggy Emerson, and Barry McManus.

Mission Trip Mexico 11-2-2024
Our team recently returned from an unforgettable mission trip to Mexico. We were privileged to witness God's incredible power at work, both within our team and among the people we served. It was a humbling experience to be a part of God's mission to expand His kingdom, sharing the love of Jesus through both word and deed.
During the day we worked to break through layers of concrete, digging four deep pits. Gathering rocks from a nearby creek and filling the holes back to create piers for the new slab floor. We also put sealant on the Church roof to prevent rain leakage. The spiritual rewards far surpassed any physical exertion. Each evening, we went out to a different mission church, witnessing the transformative power of the gospel as our brother Carlos preached the Word of God. It was a joy to see four souls added to the kingdom of God!
It’s always a great joy to build lasting relationships with our brothers and sisters in Mexico and experience the warmth of Christian fellowship. We are incredibly grateful to God for a safe trip and for the prayers and support of our brothers and sisters here in the states. May all the glory be to God!

Mission tasks: Our tasks will be partially determined based on who joins the team. Our tasks will include medical, dental, and possibly veterinary ministry. We will have a construction project, an evangelism team, and likely a children's ministry/outreach team. Typically, we provide staples such as beans, rice, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, and toothpaste to families in need. The culture is farm-based, so we may do an agricultural project as well.
