The student ministry here at GPBC has a special place in my life. My wife and I actually grew up in this church and were very involved in the student ministry. We are excited about what Christ is doing and what He will do. The aim of the student ministry is to teach students who Christ is, how to serve Him, and how to serve others. Our hope is that students will graduate into adulthood with an understanding of what it means to walk the faith well.

Sunday School, 9:00 a.m. in the Student Building
Come and learn. We live in a world that is consumed with information. The problem, however, is that we usually do not take time to dig deep into what we say we believe; or worse yet, we don’t even take time to figure out what we believe. Sunday School is a time to help students learn how to dig deeper and to learn what the Bible actually says.
Sunday Worship Service, 10:30 a.m.
Sunday Worship is one of the greatest aspects of student ministry. It is when students learn that there is life outside of their peer group, and that life does not end with the finishing of High School. It is a great time for the students to worship alongside many from other generations.
Wednesday Night Worship, 6:30-8:00 p.m.
The Middle School and High School students enter in the same door and then have two different worship experiences based on their grade level.
The Middle School: Music is a little more… peppy. The teaching is a little shorter. The Middle School students also have a built in game every week (Gaga ball, 9 Square, Basketball, videogames etc.)
The High School: Music is a little more focused, teaching a little deeper and longer. No built in “gametime” but usually hangout afterwords playing games.
